Description
Spray Hybrid Down Hood is a technical hybrid jacket designed to combine insulation, weather protection, and freedom of movement in cold and shifting conditions. Engineered for active use, it delivers warmth where it is needed most while maintaining flexibility and comfort throughout the day.

The jacket is constructed from a mix of recycled nylon, polyester, and polyurethane, with a lining made from recycled nylon. The outer fabric is wind- and water-repellent and treated with a PFC-free DWR finish that helps repel water in light rain.

For targeted insulation, the body is filled with 90/10 bluesign® APPROVED and RDS-certified down and feathers, providing efficient warmth with low bulk. The shoulder areas are insulated with 100 g PrimaLoft® Black Rise, a recycled synthetic insulation that retains its thermal performance even in damp conditions. This hybrid construction ensures balanced warmth and comfort across varying activity levels.

The jacket features two zippered waist pockets for secure storage. Design details include a Sail Racing logo on the left chest, and a Sail Racing bloc logo placed on top of the hood.

Quality of down is measured by it’s fill power. Fill power is the measurement of the amount of space one ounce down will occupy when it reaches its maximum loft. The higher the fill power, the larger the down clusters and the greater the airspace to trap more of body heat.
