Exchanges & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase – return goods with a full refund – or exchange size of products during a period of 30 days after you have received the products*. In order to return defect products, please contact us at [email protected].

* All products must be returned unused (in good condition), with labels intact and together with their original packaging, to our warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden. Please note that you will have to pay shipping costs for returning the product.  

Swedish, Norwegian & Danish Customers:

  • Fill in the form below and we will get back to you with a return number within 1-2 business days
  • Mark your package with the return number and attach the included way fare bill
  • Leave the package at the closest Post Office (PostNord)

If you choose a refund, we will deduct 75 SEK / 125 NOK / 100 DKK on repayment. Exchanges are free of charge.

European Union & International Customers:

  • Fill in the form below and we will get back to you with a return number and a proforma invoice within 1-2 business days
  • Mark your package with the return number and attach the included way fare bill and proforma invoice
  • Contact UPS to arrange a pick up or leave the package at the closest UPS service point

If you choose a refund, we will deduct 15 EUR / 20 CHF / 20 USD / 20GBP  on repayment. Exchanges are free of charge.
