Description
The Reference GORE-TEX® Pant is developed for demanding inshore sailing and constructed with GORE-TEX® Performance Technology. The 3-layer construction combines a durable 80 denier nylon face fabric with nylon tricot backer. Waterproof, windproof and highly breathable, the pant is engineered to provide reliable protection in changing conditions at sea.

The seat, knees and lower legs are reinforced in areas exposed to high levels of abrasion. The ergonomic construction supports freedom of movement with reduced bulk, while the slightly lower-cut bib construction and wide elastic suspenders provide secure support without pressure points. The waist is adjusted with Velcro for an individual fit. At the front, a YKK® VT10 AquaGuard zipper features corrosion-resistant sliders and pullers designed for marine environments.

Two spacious leg pockets with wide openings provide quick access to essential equipment. The pockets are secured with wide Velcro closures and feature laser-cut drainage holes to efficiently release water. The lower legs are adjusted with Velcro for a close, adaptable fit over sailing boots, while allowing effective drainage. The crotch is reinforced with double GORE-TEX® seam construction for increased durability and long-term waterproof integrity in one of the garment’s highest-stress areas.

An internal hanging loop allows the pant to be easily hung after use. Reflective Sail Racing and GORE-TEX® logos complete the construction and enhance visibility in low-light conditions.
