Description
Black Ice Gore Tex Down Parka is a uniquely designed down parka with a quilted pattern, crafted from a lightweight, 2-layer GORE-TEX® PACLITE PLUS Technology nylon fabric, providing excellent wind and waterproof protection while allowing for exceptional breathability. The jacket features a DWR coating to enhance water repellency, preventing the outer fabric from getting wet. The jacket is lined with a Graphene fabric to optimize thermoregulation and insulated with 90/10 Blue Sign and RDS certified down and feathers, ensuring warmth and comfort in harsh winter conditions. Fill power: 700.
The side panels of the parka are insulated with 100g of Primaloft® Black Eco for extra warmth and feature water-resistant YKK AquaGuard® Vislon ventilation zippers with a lining in mesh fabric to help regulate your body temperature. The hood and collar are downfilled and quilted to maintain warmth, while the inside collar is lined with brushed tricot for extra comfort. The hood is detachable and adjustable with a cohaesive® stopper solution at the back for a customized fit. For additional protection against snow intrusion, the jacket has a removable snow skirt with a graphic Black Ice print and elastic Black Ice tape at the bottom.
The parka has a two-way water-repellent YKK AquaGuard® Vislon zipper at the front with a welded button placket in VECTRAN® nylon reinforcement fabric to prevent water intrusion. The cuffs are asymmetrically shaped with a longer finish at the front for extra protection against cold. The cuffs also have an inner cuff with elastic closure to prevent wind and water intrusion. To provide storage for your essentials, the jacket is equipped with two spacious chest pockets with water-repellent YKK AquaGuard® zippers and three inner pockets, one with a zipper for secure storage, and two spacious mesh pockets with elastic closure.
The jacket is designed with a molded block logo and GORE-TEX® logo on the top of the hood, molded block logos on the sleeves, and a molded Sail Racing logo on the button placket. Printed Sail Racing logo at the bottom side.

High Speed Sailing has always influenced the ultimate form, fit, and function of Sail Racing garments. We joined up with Sail Racing Test Team member and pro skeeter sailor Daniel Hearn, once again, in his hunt for solid black ice in the northern territory of Minnesota.
