You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return products for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order*. Please note that sale items are subject to a reduced return period of 14 days from the date of receipt.

You may also cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and include your order number.

*Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Returns showing signs of use, wear and tear, make-up or dirt stains, perfume or other scents, or missing labels and packaging may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

As part of our returns process, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The return fee is: 75 SEK / 125 NOK / 100 DKK / 15 EUR / 20 GBP / 20 USD / 20 CHF.

Please note that Sail Racing cannot take responsibility for returns shipped using a freight label purchased independently by the customer. To ensure tracking and secure handling of your return, please use the return label provided through our return portal.
