The Ultrion Shorts apply ultra-sonic seamless technology to a lightweight technical short construction where traditional seams are replaced by welded bonding throughout the garment. The uninterrupted structure creates a cleaner and lighter technical expression with reduced bulk and reduced friction against the body.

Crafted from recycled nylon and spandex in a lightweight 70 denier plain weave, the construction balances durability with flexibility and unrestricted movement. The four-way stretch fabric follows the body’s natural movement, while wind- and water-repellent properties are combined with breathability across shifting conditions.

Integrated welded detailing throughout the shorts reinforces the garment’s seamless construction, while integrated welded elastic at the inside waistband creates a more flexible and adaptive fit. Hidden micro buttons and clean pocket integrations maintain the shorts refined technical expression.

Finished with a tonal Sail Racing logo beneath the back pocket and a Sail Racing logo on the right belt loop.
