These General Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Website and the Webshop. SR INT reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions are those accessible on the Website.

All content on the Website and the Webshop, including without limitation designs, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images and film, are the intellectual property of SR INT or its content suppliers and all trademarks and/or company names mentioned, displayed or otherwise indicated on the Website are the property of their respective owners. The Website and Webshop and their content may only be used for personal, non-commercial, purposes.
Nothing contained on the Website or Webshop should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any material appearing on the Website, accept to the extent permitted by mandatory law, without our prior written approval or the written approval of such third party that may own the rights to the material displayed on the Website.
The Webshop and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose and as to the Webshop's operation or content. SR INT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. SR INT disclaims any and all liability for any and all damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Webshop.

We ship worldwide. To buy products in our Webshop please select your country by clicking on the flag/map symbol at the top of the page, next to the “Cart”. Please choose the relevant items in the desired quantity, which will be stored in the “Cart". When you are done click on the “Check Out”-button. You can then review and change your order before it is submitted. When you are ready to complete your order please choose preferred payment method and then enter the required customer details. If you wish to receive information and newsletters from us, please click the box below the information fields. Please read the Terms and Conditions before proceeding to payment.
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation includes your order details. As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive a second e-mail with tracking information for your shipment.
Your order will be handled within one [1] working day. Working Days are Monday through Friday, except for public holidays.
Available stock
All data shown on product level, are data in connection with SR Int warehouse. Only sizes that are highlighted are available. When we receive new deliveries of a product to the warehouse or if a product is sold out, data might change. The status "Coming Soon" is an indication that a product will be available online within 2-6 weeks. The status "Sold Out" means that the products is no longer in stock.
Payment
We accept all credit cards connected to American Express, VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard.
When paying with a card, you must enter your card security number (CVC). This is usually a three digit code found on the back of the card.
Klarna Checkout is used in Sweden and Norway. Checkout you can choose to pay with card, through invoice or part payments. Please visit KLARNA´s website for more information about their payment services.
For the rest of the world we use Adyen and Paypal for card payments.
Prices
All prices on the site are stated in EUR, SEK, DKK, NOK or USD. When entering the site you are asked for country resident to show you prices in the correct currency. SR INT is not responsible for currency changes/exchange rates that your local bank might have when exchanging into your local currency.
We try our best to ensure that our listed prices are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. If we discover an error in the stated price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
The price presented for each article is excluding freight. Freight costs are presented separately under the heading “Freight”. Freight costs for deliveries within Sweden are free of charge.
Taxes, Costums duties and Fees
For all orders shipped to countries within the European Union VAT is included in the prices and will be charged at the Check out.
Items in your order that designated for shipment to countries outside the European Union (except the US, UK, Switzerland and Norway) may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. A separate invoice will be sent to you from our distribution partner UPS.
Shipments designated to the US are not subject to custom duties or import fees but please be aware that local taxes may apply.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within 2-4 working days after the order has been processed. In the order confirmation that you will receive by e-mail you will find the order number and a delivery number that can be used to track your shipment with UPS, DHL, BudBee, Best or PostNord.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase - return goods with a full refund - or exchange size of products during a period of 30 days after you have received the products. All products must be returned unused, with labels intact and together with their original packaging, to our warehouse in Billdal, Sweden. For returns within Sweden a return way bill is included in the package but will be charged 75 SEK corrected on repayment. For all other countries, please note that you are responsible paying the return shipment. Our customer service will help you with a wayfare bill. Please note that SR INT do not refund any freight costs.
How to return products
In order to return or exchange size of a product, use the digital return form accessible at "Returns" in the footer of the the Website. Be sure to state the reason for returning the product. After submitting the return form you will receive an email with a reference number within 24 hours during Monday-Friday. Please enclose a paper clearly stating the reference number.
Returns without a reference number cannot be processed and therefore we are not able to refund you for any such returns.
If you have received the wrong product or a damaged/defect product, or need information on how to proceed with your return, please contact us at [email protected].
Please note that you can not return or exchange products purchased online in our regular stores.

GIFT CARD
The purchase and use of gift cards on sailracing.com is subject to the following general terms:
- Validity: The gift card is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This means that the recipient of the gift card has two years to redeem the value of the card on the website.
- Purchase: The gift card can be purchased on the website by the buyer. The buyer need to provide personal information and payment details to complete the purchase.
- Value and Currencies: The gift card have a pre-defined value and can only be used in the country it is purchased in.
- Delivery: The gift card will be delivered via email.
- Redemption: The recipient of the gift card can redeem its value by using a unique code or voucher number provided on the card in the checkout in the discount field. A Gift Card can not be combined with other discounts or campaigns.
- Partial Use: It is possible to use the gift card for multiple transactions until its value is fully depleted. In such cases, the remaining balance is retained on the card for future use.
- Expiry and Extensions: After the two-year validity period, any remaining balance on the gift card expires. However, EU regulations may allow for extensions or renewal of the gift card's validity under certain circumstances, for example a faulty product or late delivery.
- Refunds and Returns: Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, if the gift card is defective or there are issues with its delivery, our customer service will offer solutions such as replacement or a credit balance.
Security
SR INT is conducting serious and ambitious work regarding security and continu-ously upgrading and updating our efforts to maintain this site a safe place for our customers.
Any attempts to defraud, use false or stolen credit card data, access another person’s shopping account or similar attempts or other criminal misconduct will be reported to the police authorities. We are tracking IP addresses in order to use these in criminal investigations and proceedings.
Force Majeure
If SR INT fails to comply with its obligations according to these General Terms and Conditions because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure, SR INT will not be responsible for the consequences. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Conflict resolution and governing law
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or in connection with, an agreement entered into under these General Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be exclusively settled by the courts of Sweden, with the district court of Göteborg as the court of the first instance. Governing law shall be the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict of laws principles providing for the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Sail Racing International AB (“SR INT”) with address Box 53, SE-427 22 Billdal, Sweden and with telephone number +46 (0) 31 93 98 00 is responsible for the processing of personal data that you submit to SR INT.
We will process and store your personal data to fulfill our obligations to you in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and to manage your membership on the Website. Your personal data will be handled in connection with your registration as a member, placement of orders, use of our website, and other communications. This processing is carried out for identification, administrative purposes, delivery, direct marketing by us and our partners, and statistical analysis. The processing may also involve coordination, both within and outside the European Union, with other registers. Additionally, your personal data may be transferred to and processed by other companies within our group of affiliated companies and our partners.
By providing your personal data, you consent to the processing activities described above. You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, as well as the right to object to or restrict its processing. For more information on how we handle your personal data and your rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
According to the Personal Data Act (1998:204) you have the right to, once each calendar year and free of charge, order information regarding the processing of your personal data by SR INT. You shall send a request to us if you want such information. A request shall be signed and can therefore only be sent by ordinary mail and not by e-mail. If your personal data is being handled in violation of the Personal Data Act, you have the right to request that the personal data is corrected, blocked or erased.
Your personal data can not be processed for the purposes of direct marketing if you oppose such processing. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the proc-essing of your personal data at any time. Such withdrawal can be limited and only apply to part of SR INT’s processing of personal data, for example processing con-cerning direct marketing.
