Introducing the Orca Tech Merino Long John’s, specifically engineered for high-performance sailing, crafted from a lightweight blend of wool and nylon with exceptional stretch capabilities. The outer layer of the fabric, made of nylon, ensures durability and abrasion resistance, while the inner layer, made of wool, provides warmth and comfort. Additionally, the outer fabric is treated with a Durable Water Repellent finish to facilitate efficient water runoff. The wool is woven in a terry structure to retain more air, and its inherent properties offer reliable thermal protection even when wet, ensuring dependable cold weather defense during water-based activities.

The upper bib is made from a polyamide and elastane blend, featuring extreme stretch capabilities, which ensure freedom of movement and good breathability. The pants are reinforced with welded ARMOURTECH Cordura® fabric around the knees and on the back seat, enhancing abrasion resistance and durability where it is needed the most.

To prevent the leg ends from gliding up during physical activities, there is an anti-glide tape on the inside of the cuff at the back. Additionally, the long john pants feature a welded pocket with a laser-cut opening on the right leg, offering storage for your belongings. Designed with a Sail Racing logo on the right leg, a 50KTS logo centered on the lower back and a bloc logo on the upper back.
