The Orca Jacket is a highspeed-sailing jacket made in a newly developed 3-layer GORE-TEX® PRO Stretch Technology nylon fabric with two way-stretch and tricot backers. It features a plain weave 70 denier nylon that offers an excellent combination of durability and lightweight design. This uniquely processed membrane enables warp direction stretch without compromising the jacket's waterproof, windproof, and highly breathable properties.

The jacket is reinforced at the back and outside the inner sleeves in plain weave GORE-TEX® PRO nylon face made from 80 denier yarns with smooth hand and excellent abrasion, and tear resistance. Reinforcement fabric made of VECTRAN TECHSTEEL® is used on the inside of the hood, sleeve ends and bottom hem for exceptional strength. Water-resistant YKK AquaGuard® zipper at front with chin guard brushed tricot on the inside for comfort and molded inner placket to prevent water intrusion. Hypalon® puller at zipper.

Designed with a high collar with laser-cut and bonded brushed tricot on the inside for comfort. Medical tape adjustment with velcro closure at back of the collar. The velcro closure edges are reinforced with bemis® tape. The hood is adjustable with a cohaesive® stopper and detachable, fastened on the top of the collar for a less bulky construction. The hood also has an inside stretch brim for extra protection against water intrusion and a molded brim at the top with channels for water run-off.

Adjustable at bottom hem with cohaesive® stopper and medical tape adjustments with velcro closure at sleeve cuffs. The inner sleeve cuff is crafted from a 3-layer waterproof stretch fabric with adjustable medical tape, providing a custom fit that offers protection against wind and water.

Two spacious chest pockets with YKK AquaGuard® zippers, constructed in 3L Microgrid GR-ST lightweight plain weave nylon face with GORE-TEX® PRO Stretch Technology and bemis® reinforcement tape around edges. Webbing string inside the left chest pocket for fastening of tools and two D-rings in solid carbon fibre at front to fasten your racing tools. Equipped with two high frequency, laser cut 3M reflex Sail Racing logotypes at shoulders for visibility in low-light. The jacket features the Sail Racing and GORE-TEX® PRO logo prints on the chest pocket, as well as a high-frequency, laser-cut bloc logo on the back yoke.
