The Ultrion Double Weave Vest is engineered through ultra-sonic seamless technology where traditional seam construction is replaced by precision-welded bonding throughout the garment. The uninterrupted technical structure creates a lighter and more adaptable silhouette with reduced bulk and reduced friction across the body.

The double-woven construction combines nylon, polyester and spandex to create a structured yet flexible shell with a smooth technical surface and enhanced shape retention over time. Engineered with four-way stretch throughout the garment, the construction supports unrestricted movement while maintaining a clean and architectural technical appearance. Welded integrations throughout the vest reinforce the seamless engineered build while reducing visible seam interruptions.

Wind- and water-repellent protection is balanced with breathability through a PFC-free DWR treatment. The hood features a welded brim construction with a concealed rear adjustment at the neck and integrated internal drawcords inside the collar, allowing the fit to be adjusted while maintaining a clean and uninterrupted silhouette.

Concealed zip pockets at the waist and an integrated chest pocket provide practical storage while maintaining the vest’s minimal technical expression. An inner zip pocket adds secure storage for smaller essentials, while the adjustable hem with integrated drawcord stoppers allows the garment to adapt more naturally to movement and layering. The two-way YKK Vislon® zipper further enhances flexibility and ease of movement across changing conditions.

Finished with a tonal block logo at the top of the hood and a tonal Sail Racing logo at the chest pocket.
