The Ultrion Pant is built through ultra-sonic seamless technology where traditional seams are replaced by welded construction throughout the garment. The uninterrupted structure creates a lighter and cleaner technical expression with reduced bulk and reduced friction against the body.

Crafted from recycled nylon and spandex in a lightweight 70 denier plain weave, the construction balances durability with flexibility and unrestricted movement. The four-way stretch fabric follows the body’s natural movement, while wind- and water-repellent properties are combined with breathability across shifting conditions.

Integrated welded elastic at the inside waistband reinforces the pant’s seamless construction while creating a more flexible and adaptive fit. Hidden micro buttons, clean pocket integrations and tailored detailing maintain the garment’s uninterrupted technical expression.

Finished with a tonal Sail Racing logo beneath the back pocket and a Sail Racing logo on the right belt loop.
