E.Dye® – The innovative, sustainable and waterfree coloring system. Color pigments are mixed with PET chips, which are heated to a liquid state. This is then turned into filament, which is spun together into yarn. The E.Dye-method contributes to an approximate 75% water saving, in comparison with traditional fabric dyeing. E.Dye has succeeded to give garments superior color performance and guarantees color precision, while water consumption, contaminants and harmful chemicals decreases. The color is applied directly into the yarn, which ensures durability and colorfastness for the fiber.
