You have the right to withdraw from your purchase – return goods with a full refund – or exchange size of products during a period of 30 days after you have received the products*. In order to return defect products, please contact us at [email protected].

*All products must be returned unused (in good condition), with labels intact and together with their original packaging, with the pre-printed return label you've received in your order. For orders shipped with UPS, we will send you a return label in the return confirmation email after the return form below has been filled in. Returns with make-up or dirt stains, or with a scent of parfume will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange to a different size or color, please return your order for a refund and place a new order on the preferred size.

How to proceed with your return:

• Fill in the form below and we’ll get back to you with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
• Seal the package properly and attach the pre-printed return label on the outside of the package, placed over the old shipping label. If your order were delivered with UPS, we will send you a return label in the return confirmation email.
• Submit the return at your closest service point. Please also save the submission receipt until your return has been fully processed in case of any issues with the return delivery.
• Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, we will process your return within 3-4 business days.

In accordance with our return policy, we will deduct a return shipping fee from the repayment. The return fee is 75 SEK / 125 NOK / 100 DKK / 15 EUR / 20 CHF / 20 USD / 20 GBP.
