The Ultrion Double Weave Hood is engineered through ultra-sonic seamless technology where traditional seam construction is replaced by precision-welded bonding throughout the garment. Developed as the most advanced construction piece within the Ultrion capsule, the uninterrupted structure creates a lighter and more architectural technical expression with reduced friction and reduced bulk across the body.

The double-woven construction combines nylon, polyester and spandex to create a structured yet flexible shell with a smooth technical surface and enhanced shape retention over time. Engineered with four-way stretch throughout the garment, the construction supports unrestricted movement while maintaining its clean technical structure. Welded integrations throughout the garment reinforce the seamless engineered build while eliminating visible seam interruptions across key movement areas.

Wind- and water-repellent protection is balanced with breathability through a PFC-free DWR treatment, while integrated stretch panels and asymmetrical sleeve endings are designed to support movement.

The adjustable hood features a welded brim construction developed to maintain shape and stability in shifting conditions. A concealed rear adjustment at the neck and integrated internal drawcords inside the collar allow the hood to be adjusted while maintaining a cleaner and more uninterrupted technical silhouette.

Multiple integrated pocket solutions and hidden zip constructions are designed to balance everyday practicality with the garment’s uninterrupted technical structure, while an inner zip pocket provides secure storage. The two-way YKK Vislon® zipper allows the garment to adapt more naturally to movement and layering.

Finished with a black oxidized metal badge at the sleeve and a tonal block logo at the hood.
