Sail Racing x Tudor Team Alinghi

Gothenburg, Sweden / Lausanne, Switzerland — 19th of May

Sail Racing announces a new partnership with Tudor Team Alinghi, the Swiss Challenger competing in the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup, set to take place in Naples during the spring and summer of 2027. The partnership brings together two performance-driven organizations with a shared commitment to innovation, technical excellence, and pushing the boundaries of high-performance sailing.

Sail Racing will serve as OPicial Clothing Supplier, equipping Tudor Team Alinghi with advanced technical apparel engineered for the extreme demands of racing aboard the AC40 and AC75 yachts, as well as a full range of onshore wear. The 38th America’s Cup marks a new era for the sport, with teams collaborating through the newly established America’s Cup Partnership. Alinghi has played an active role in shaping this initiative, designed to strengthen the future, sustainability, and global reach of sailing’s most historic trophy.

Alinghi is one of the most iconic teams in modern sailing history, having previously won the America’s Cup in 2003 and 2007. Representing the Société Nautique de Genève, the Team returns to the competition following the 2024 edition in Barcelona and will now proudly compete under the name Tudor Team Alinghi. The Team will compete in Naples in 2027 alongside a strong international field of challengers.

“We are incredibly proud to partner with Tudor Team Alinghi,” said Joakim Berne, CEO at Sail Racing. “This collaboration reflects our shared DNA—speed sailing, high-technology, and innovation, under the most demanding conditions. The America’s Cup represents the pinnacle of our sport, and we are excited to contribute to the team’s journey toward success in Naples.”

Michel Hodara, Team Director Business APairs of Tudor Team Alinghi, added: “Sail Racing’s expertise in high-performance technical apparel makes them an ideal partner for our campaign. As we prepare for the challenges ahead in 2027, having the right equipment is critical, and we look forward to working closely together to optimize performance both on and oP the water.”

For the first time since October 2024, the world’s best sailors will be back on the water for the opening Preliminary Regatta taking place in Cagliari, Sardinia from May 21-24. The racing will be held in the AC40s, the attractive one-design foiling monohulls used as well as for the Youth and Women’s America’s Cup.

The Offical Collection will be available for purchase at event venues and online at sailracing.com.
